Draft pending legal review. These terms have been rewritten for ERP Partner Hub and are awaiting sign-off from counsel. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement you hold with us, that agreement governs.

1. Who we are, and what this is

ERP Partner Hub ("we", "us", "our") is operated by ERP Partner Hub and published at erppartnerhub.com. It is an independent directory of ERP implementation partners, together with editorial content comparing ERP products.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we are not

These points are the substance of the agreement, not boilerplate:

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by any ERP software vendor. Vendor and product names appear on this site to identify the software a partner implements or an article discusses. See our trademark notice.
  • We are not a party to any engagement you enter into with a partner you find here. We do not deliver ERP implementations through this directory, we do not supervise the partners listed, and we are not your agent or theirs.
  • We do not warrant any partner's work, availability, pricing, certifications, or fitness for your project. Listing is not a recommendation.
  • Our editorial comparisons are opinion, formed from public information and our own experience. They are not professional advice and are not a substitute for your own evaluation and due diligence.

ERP Partner Hub is itself an ERP implementation firm and may appear in this directory. Where it does, its listing is marked as operator-owned. See our editorial policy.

3. Using the site as a buyer

Browsing the directory is free and requires no account. When you submit an enquiry through a contact form, your details are sent directly to the partner you addressed it to. We do not resell enquiries, we do not forward them to that partner's competitors, and we do not use them to market unrelated services to you. See the privacy policy.

You agree not to use the site to:

  • submit false enquiries, or enquiries you have no intention of pursuing;
  • harvest partner contact details for bulk marketing;
  • scrape, mirror or systematically copy the directory or its content; or
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service.

4. Listing as a partner

Listing is governed by the listing policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: a free listing shows your company and the ERP systems you serve; a paid tier adds visible contact details, a dashboard, leads, additional ERP listings and content submission.

If you hold a listing, you agree that:

  • the information you publish is accurate and kept current;
  • any certification level you claim is one you actually hold. Claims display as self-reported until we verify them against a record on file, and we may remove a claim we cannot substantiate;
  • you will not use a vendor's logo as your company logo, or describe yourself as an official or authorised representative of a vendor without a verified record; and
  • you have the right to publish any content you submit to us.

5. Fees, billing and cancellation

  • Paid listings are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor.
  • Additional ERP listing slots are billed as a prorated line item on your existing subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the listing runs to the end of the paid period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we withdraw the service.
  • If we change prices, existing subscribers are notified before the change takes effect and it applies from the next renewal.

On downgrade or cancellation, ERP associations beyond your new allowance are hidden, not deleted, and are restored if you upgrade again.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it in connection with the directory and its promotion, for as long as your listing is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in archives and caches.

Partner-submitted articles and marketplace listings are reviewed before publication. Profile edits by active paying partners publish immediately. We may reject or remove content that breaches these terms or the listing policy, and we will tell you why.

7. Reviews

Reviews are moderated before publication. A listed partner cannot edit or delete a review of itself, and cannot pay to have one removed. A partner may dispute a review, and we will look at it. We remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or not based on a genuine engagement.

8. Our content and trademarks

The site's editorial content, comparisons, design and compilation are owned by ERP Partner Hub or its licensors. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or use it to train a competing directory.

Third-party product and company names are the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only. See the trademark notice.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in it is complete or current.

ERP product facts change frequently. We review published product content on a quarterly cadence, but you must verify anything material with the vendor or partner before relying on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERP Partner Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any engagement with a partner you found through it.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

If you hold a listing, you agree to indemnify ERP Partner Hub against claims arising from content you submitted, from a certification or affiliation you claimed, or from your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove a listing for repeated content breaches, for misrepresenting a certification or vendor relationship, for non-payment, or at your request. A suspended account keeps its data: listings and ERP associations are hidden rather than deleted.

You may stop using the site at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to listed partners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law
