Listing policy
What a listing on ERP Partner Hub includes, what paying changes, and the grounds on which we will take one down.
Who can be listed
Any firm that implements, extends, integrates or supports one of the ERP systems in this directory. You do not have to pay to appear: a free listing carries your company name, description, location and the ERPs you serve.
What each tier includes
| Tier | ERP listings | Contact details shown | Dashboard and leads | Content submission |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | No | No | No |
| Monthly | 2 | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Annual | 3 | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Additional ERP listings can be added to a paid plan. If your plan's allowance ever drops below the number of ERPs you already show, we keep them all visible - we do not reduce an existing customer's listing.
What paying does not buy
- It does not change editorial coverage, article commissioning, or the verdict on any comparison page.
- It does not verify a certification claim. Verification is a separate check against a record on file.
- It does not remove or suppress a competitor, and it does not remove an approved review.
See the editorial policy for how we keep the two apart.
Certification claims
You may state the certification level you hold with a software vendor. It is shown to buyers as self-reported until our team verifies it against a record on file, at which point it carries a verified badge. Changing a claim resets it to self-reported and sends it back to the queue. You may not describe your firm as an official or authorised representative of a vendor without a verified record.
Ownership disclosure
ERP Partner Hub operates this directory and is itself an ERP implementation firm, so it may appear in the directory alongside companies it lists. Where the operator's own listing appears, it is marked as operator-owned. It receives no ranking preference.
Content standards
Articles and marketplace listings submitted by partners are reviewed before they publish. We reject content that:
- uses a vendor name, logo or claim in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement or authorisation;
- uses a vendor logo as a company logo;
- makes a certification claim we cannot verify;
- is advertising rather than something a buyer can use; or
- is too thin to earn a place in the directory.
Rejections come with a written reason. Profile edits by active paying partners go live immediately and are not queued.
Leads and buyer data
Enquiries submitted through the site go directly to the partner they were addressed to. We do not resell leads, we do not route them to competitors, and buyer contact details are never exposed to other partners. Paying partners can export their own leads at any time.
Suspension and removal
A suspended account keeps its data - listings and ERP associations are hidden, not deleted. We will remove a listing for repeated content violations, for misrepresenting a certification, or at your request.
